    Missing the two most important pages for disassembly

    UPDATE: they reached out to apologize and sent over a manual for a slightly different, but similar enough, model piano that allowed me to figure out some of the missing steps in my piano's manual! I've since bumped this from 1 star to 5.

    This manual has at least two pages missing, pages 10 and 11, to be exact. I am looking for these specific pages in order to see the first steps to take the top cover off of my piano without breaking it.

    I asked if they can send pictures of those missing pages from the physical copies of the manual they say they have in stock as well but got no reply.
